FallOutBoy Young Blood Chronicles part 5: The Mighty Fall ft Big Sean

Part 5 of the falloutboy young blood chronicles has been released, I've analysed all of the parts so far so if you want to know what happened before or what I thought about the other videos here are the links:

The events of The Mighty Fall takes place after the events of my songs know what you did in the dark.

the video starts off with 2 chainz torching the van before cutting away to kids riding bikes in the dark, I have come to the conclusion that kids are meant to represent fans, (as in many interviews fan are referred to as kids and also because how they react to the band.)

I have a theory that each video represents things that happened to FallOutBoy before and after they split up, the Phoenix is about getting their music out using the briefcase as as symbolism  for their work probably their first or previous  album, young volcanoes is about celebrity habits and life style; drugs, drink and sex are shown in  that video, it shows how people blissfully unaware about the terrible things that are currently happening to them shown by the eating Patrick's organs (they are unaware they are actually destroying him, almost like the lifestyle is eating away at him and he doesn't realize.)

Alone together symbolizes the leads up to the split, each band member has their own problems to deal with like harsh criticism, invasion of privacy ect and they could all be real factors that contributed to the bands split whilst my Songs know what you did in the dark is the split it's self, almost like the band has been destroyed, all of the albums, memorabilia and instruments were destroyed and the band members them selves were nearly killed off so I guess this makes the mighty fall the after math of the split everyone goes there separate ways and in doing so made them selves more vulnerable which I guess is pretty much what happened.

The creepy kid from the phoenix is back I didn't like this kid, I think that boy and the other kids are meant to be the kinds of fans that stop being fans and get angry with artist and bands that they were fans of. (I'll try and explain this concept.)

Take Taylor swift for example, her music used to be sort of country but her more recent music has been more slightly more pop and some people didn't like it and I think those kids are meant to represent that the creepy boy from the phoenix is like a really obsessive, vicious hater.

The fact that the kids seem to be heading some where and the fact that FallOutBoy escape pretty easily means that the captors intended for them to escape and are teasing them ( like a game of cat an mouse) and they are probably still one step ahead of the band.

In the previous episode Alone together Pete Wentz had freed Big Sean but failed to free him self or the other members of FallOutBoy and Big Sean followed the van in what is assumed to be a rescue attempt, Patrick Stump frees everyone using the hook hand that he acquired in the previous video only to be greeted with the gang of children holding make-shift weapons and a cassette player.

I think the reason they have make-shift weapons like chains, bicycle handles, baseball bats ect when they are clearly working for some greater organization that could give them better weapons is because it's more angry, it's not like the kids were given weapons and orders to follow blindly, these children made weapons out of things they own or could find, I think the Young Blood Chronicles are about what happened to FallOutBoy and because the song is called the might fall I believe this Video/song is about the harsh abuse "fans" can throw at artists, the might fall has two meanings:

The mighty fall could describe an event in which things end terribly like a really big downfall.

The Mighty fall could be describing a kind of person, so someone who was "mighty"  (I.E high status, wealthly, respected ect) and that person has suffered a blow.

Both meaning could apply to FallOutBoy the event being the split and the fact that they split because they suffered when their music became less relevant.

The band splits up heading off into different directions and are chased by the kids and beaten ( symbolizing the split and how each member of the band suffered.) each member has two kids attacking them apart from Patrick who only has one child pursuing him and poor Patrick has the creepy kid from the Phoenix with the cassette player.

The cassette player when turned on gives Patrick the yellow demon eyes from alone together I don't understand why at the moment just that the music on that tape seems to be the trigger, I don't really know what it means is he meant to be a different person or something? and why does this organization want to turn his eyes yellow? I'm confident that they will explain in another video.

Any way Big Sean who has been watching the pair through the bushes runs out and breaks the boys neck (it's a pretty impressive shot, other than being a bit violent and gross it was really well done and I'm interested in seeing how it was made.) Big Sean turns of the tape player and Patricks eyes turn back to normal, the confused expression on his face implies that he has no memory of what happens after the tape plays and that his no longer in control when his eyes turn yellow but I guess that is pretty obvious.

Patrick runs in fear which is understandable seeing as he hasn't met Big Sean before and didn't know what had just happened, presuming that Patrick isn't aware that there is a tape that can change him the tape will probably make a reappearance and cause problems for an unsuspecting FallOutBoy at some point in the future.

Big Sean tries to run after Patrick Stump but the women emerge out of the woods and throw an axe into his back, what I like the most out of the Young Blood chronicles (second to seeing what the next video in the story will bring) is the way that who ever is singing/rapping does it while running, being attacked, being tortured ect and they pull the expressions that react to the situation while they sing/rap and poor Big Sean raps about what is essentially sex while being chopped with an axe.

The band members are let go by their child captors at different parts of the wood, clearly the people/person behind this has other plans for them now they are alone and Big Sean is killed which furthers the point that they are being teased, if they wanted them the women would have gone to get them or they would have been killed already (Although they should all be technically dead by now.)

Someone said on youtube that this was the worst track on the album but they really liked the video and I agree this wasn't my favorite song but I didn't dislike it either but I enjoyed this video, not as much as I enjoyed the Phoenix, As much as I didn't like the creepy boy it's kind of sad he died, same with Big Sean they could have had a bigger part in the story but never mind.

I think the next song will either be Where did the Party go  or Miss Missing You as I don't think they would have another duet for a while at least and because I think they could fit where I believe the story could go.

Gravity Falls: Gideon rises

The last episode of the 1st season of gravity falls aired, it wasn't what I thought it would be but it was still pretty good.

When Gideon hit the mystery shack in Dreamscapers I was expecting a big explosion of chaos and Stans secret to be revealed but instead we got Gideon trying to get his hands the 3 journals and failing miserably.

At the start of the episode poor Dipper, Mabel, Stan and Soos had to move in with Soos's nan because Gideon had taken over the Mystery shack so he could find Journal number 1 he then intended to turn the Shack into Gideon land, which makes me wonder why he hit the shack with a wrecking ball in the first place if he wanted to find the book?

Long story short (without completely ruining the episode.) when Stan, Soos, Dipper and Mabel try to get the shack back Gideon gets a hold of Dipper book Journal number 3 which Gideon realizes that Journal number 1 still alludes him and he attacks Dipper, Mabel and Soos with a Giant mecha Gideon robot, there was an awesome fight between Gideon and Dipper.

Though out the series Dipper has always been slightly insecure, insecure about his strength, insecure about his masculinity, insecure about Wendy and this episode Gideon raised the point that the only way Dipper can solve the problems in gravity falls is because of the Journal and that he can't solve problems with physical strength or even using his brain, so Dipper Proves Gideon wrong by beating him in a fight and long story short Dipper gets his journal back and Stan gets the Mystery Shack.

The end is the most interesting part of the episode, Stan borrows Journal  number 3 from Dipper calming that the monsters could make good exhibits ideas for the shack but instead takes it to the room behind the vending machine and it is revealed that Stan had book number 1 the whole time.

I thought it was pretty obvious that Stan at least knew about the books because, one he always made a big effort to cover up the weird things going on like dismissing dipper's paranormal experiences, making fake exhibits when he had actual weird paranormal things in his house and not to mention the secret room behind the vending machine so it was pretty obvious he knew more than he was letting on.

Any way I can't wait for the new season and to find out what Stan needed the books for and what exactly is the thing in the room behind the vending machine.

Law an Order UK

I really like crime drama's on ITV like Scott and Bailey, Lewis, white chapel, Miss Marple ect, I like British crime Drama more than the US kind, I do like the CSI and murder she wrote ( I haven't seen the US Law and Order yet.)but american crime fiction is harder to relate to (the stories in CSI can be a bit wacky, like I remember one episode with a guy who was killed by being force fed board game pieces at a board game competition. I don't like the weird deaths it's like in Midsomer Murders when the murderer killed everyone with golf paraphernalia or when everyone was killed with cheese making items but it's just harder to understand with CSI because I'm not familiar with what the wacky murders are about.)

you don't really realise how different the UK and the USA are until you compare television the best types of programs for comparing are sitcoms and crime drama, american and British soaps are different things entirely and the UK isn't the best place for cartoons but sitoms and crime drama are things that are in abundance on both sides of the ocean.

A lot of British crime drama either centers on the posh rural villages like Midsomer Murders or they focus on city life like Scott and bailey.
Towns, city's and villages in the UK are very to the American counter parts, the suburbs for a city like New York generally have new nicely spaced apart houses and the area is peaceful whilst the suburbs of a city like London the houses are older, they sit closer together and the roads are busier.

So if you were to have a crime drama set in suburban New York it would be completely different to a crime drama set in suburban London.

Back to the point of Law and Order, recently a new series of Law and Order UK has started, the first two episodes featured a train crash where multiple people died after a man failed to commit suicide, the UK version in set in London and the episodes are usually based on the american series taking themes and plot of episodes and adapting, the first of the two episodes was called tracks and it was based off the episode locomotive.

I don't know what happened in the episode Locomotive but I loved the episode tracks, Freema Agyeman (Martha from Doctor Who) left and was replaced with Georgia Taylor who has an interesting character on the law team.

In this series I really like the acting of Bradley Walsh (Ronnie Brooks) and Paul Nicholls (Sam casey), Bradley Walsh is great in this considering how he can't keep a straight face on game show "the chase" he's just so friendly it seems weird for him to be an officer, I love the on screen relationship of Walsh and Nicholls and I'm sad to hear that Sam is leaving, the fact he leaves after six episodes is suspicious after Matt (Ronnie's last partner) having died I don't know how would Ronnie react (or me for that matter) if Sam died too, but I would rather he died instead of him just quitting or something.

According to Bradley Walsh series eight will start filming in October.
